Shipment of your package:

  • Shipments to Italy, San Marino, and Vatican City are carried out via express courier and are free of charge.
  • Shipping to Europe (E.U. Countries) is at the customer's expense at a flat rate of € 24.90.
  • Shipping to Europe non-E.U. (out E.U.) is at the customer's expense at a flat rate of € 29.90.
  • Shipping to North America (excluding USA), South America, Africa, Central America, and Antilles is at the customer's expense at a flat rate of € 39.90.
  • Shipping to Asia is at the customer's expense at a flat rate of € 45.90.

Free Worldwide Shipping: Delivery is entirely free worldwide for orders with a total value exceeding € 1,000.00.

Deliveries may vary or suffer slight delays due to factors beyond our control, such as logistics carrier congestion during holiday seasons or Black Friday, unexpected circumstances, or based on the specific remote area of destination.

In-store pickup by the customer:
Orders can be picked up free of charge directly at our headquarters located at: Viale Grande Europa, z.i. - 72024 Oria (BR), Italy, from Monday to Friday, during the following hours: 09:00-12:30 and 15:00-17:30.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at Enox Glasses. Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU consumer regulations, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased products, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty within a strict limit of 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a designated third party, acquire physical possession of the goods.

DIGITAL RETURN PROCEDURE INFORMATION (ART. 54 & 54-BIS):
In compliance with the legal provisions of Articles 54 and 54-bis of the Consumer Code, the cancellation and return process must be strictly initiated online through our immediate digital portal, by clicking the button at the bottom of this page (by logging into your account's order history or using the Guest Tracking portal for guest checkouts). Unauthorized packages sent autonomously without prior system approval will not be accepted. To start the process:
If you have an account: Log into "Order history and details", select the specific order and items you wish to return, state the reason, and submit the request.
If you purchased as a guest: Access the Guest Tracking section by entering your order reference number and email to submit your digital request.
Once approved, you will receive an official authorization email along with return shipping instructions.

Return shipping terms:
Pursuant to Article 57 of the Consumer Code, the direct costs of returning the goods are entirely borne by the Customer. The Customer is free to choose any tracked courier or postal service for the return shipment. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as the customer assumes full liability, risk, and danger for the safety of the package until it is delivered and received at our warehouse.

Mandatory product integrity conditions:
The glasses (frames, lenses, and related components) must be perfectly intact and must not have been worn, washed, adjusted, altered, or show any signs of use or wear. Every item must be returned perfectly sealed inside its original protective packaging or case (which is considered an integral part of the product itself), including boxes, cloth pouches, microfiber towels, invoices, and certificates of authenticity received. Returns must be packed within a securely sealed shipping box to prevent damage during transit. If the return does not comply with the above criteria, Enox Glasses reserves the right to reject the return or apply a deduction from the refund corresponding to the diminished value of the item. Withdrawal rights are excluded for custom-made or clearly personalized products (e.g., customized prescription lenses).

Refund conditions and exchanges:
Once the returned product's compliance is checked and verified, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the package. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the initial transaction (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer for cash on delivery purchases). Visibility timeframes on bank statements depend entirely on your financial institution. Note on product exchanges: Direct exchanges for a different model or color are not supported. If you wish to replace your glasses, you must submit a digital return request for a refund and place a brand-new order online.
